King Alfonso and Her Majesty Princess Esperanza greet you as you enter the 11th century-style castle. Take your seat in the Grand Ceremonial Arena, and wait for the serfs and wenches to serve your silverware-free feast.  

Marvel as a man on horseback gallops into the arena and performs a dazzling demonstration of horsemanship. Listen as a falconer commands his bird to take flight and soar overhead.

Then there is an announcement: there will be a joust. 2 knights race toward each other on horseback with lances aimed at their enemy. A lance shatters, and only 1 knight remains in his saddle until he dismounts to vanquish his foe. On the ground, broadswords swing and sparks fly until a champion emerges to the cheers of the enthusiastic crowd.
