Become ‘ohana (family) to the Smith clan during this delightful evening of honoring the spirit of Hawaii. Today, 4 generations of family continue the tradition of welcoming visitors to a luau complete with food, music, and dance.

Ready your camera for photos of the roasted pig being excavated from its underground oven as it becomes the centerpiece for the massive meal. Once you’ve piled your plate with kalua pork and steaming side dishes, settle in for an evening of tunes ranging from classic to contemporary Hawaiian. The pounding of the Tahitian drum dances may just get you out of your seat and onto the stage for an entertaining hula lesson.

When your heart rate finally settles down from swaying your hips, head over to the amphitheater for dance and music performances focused on the majestic beauty of the Polynesian islands.
