Located just 15 miles from Waikiki on Oahu's beautiful and scenic Makapu'u Point, Sea Life Park is a world-class marine attraction perched between the majestic Koolau Mountain Range and breathtaking Makapu'u Beach. See dolphins dance, sea lions sing, and penguins perform in this magical place by the sea. Get up close and personal with a fantastic array of marine life and make amazing discoveries about the inhabitants of our aquatic world. You can swim with dolphins, come face to face with Sea Lions, play like a pirate or just kick back and watch our thrilling trained animal shows. Choose between one of the following:
Dolphin Encounter: Discover firsthand the intriguing world of dolphins. Observe waist deep from a platform as the dolphins perform and display their energetic behavior. Play, dance, and even get a little kiss with your dolphin all while your experience is being photographed with these smiling mammals.
Dolphin Swim: Experience a personal training lesson with Sea Life Park Hawaii trainers, using hand signals to communicate with the dolphins. View the dolphins in a deep-water swim with a dive mask, then enjoy a belly ride and a kiss all while photos and videos are taken of your interaction with these affectionate creatures!

Note
Participants must be able to get in and out of the water and be in good physical condition. All participants must wear life vests. Pregnant women are not permitted to participate.Dolphin Encounter: Minimum age to participate is 1 year old, and children younger than age 3 may participate for free. Each child between the ages of 1-7 must be accompanied by a paying adult in the water.Dolphin Swim: Participants must be at least 8 years old (children 8-12 must be accompanied by an adult), be able to get in and out of the water, swim on their own in 18-foot deep water and be in good physical condition. Pregnant women are advised not to take part in this activity.

“We roamed the park a little bit before our Dolphin Swim Adventure. We checked in for the Adventure and were brought to the large pool where the dolphins are trained. We stepped into the water waist deep and got to take personalized pictures with the dolphin before our hair got wet. The trainer was in the water with us feeding the dolphin little fish as she told him what to do. It was amazing to see how well the dolphin listened and was obedient. The trainer had each of us, one at a time, swim to the center of the pool where we stuck out our arm. The dolphin circled around us and came to our arm that was sticking out and we grabbed a hold of his left fin, as he was swimming upside down, and grabbed his right fin next. We swam with the dolphin belly to belly for about 30 seconds. It was awesome!! We had such a great experience with Sea Life Park.”
