In ancient Hawaii, Hee Nalu, or surfing, was a sacred sport. Learn about the traditions fascinating culture and techniques during this 2-hour lesson at Garden Island Surf School. Staffed by dedicated surfers, the school uses state-of-the-art equipment to improve your skills. Timing, balance, coordination, and awareness are just of the few topics on the itinerary. If you prefer sitting to standing, you can opt to ride a four-person outrigger canoe.Private Lessons Those eager to become "one with the water" can receive undivided guidance and attention in a private lesson.
