Hop aboard the Holo Holo, a 65-foot (20m) powerboat that whisks you up the lush Na Pali Coast. Enjoy a continental breakfast and gaze at waterfalls, valleys, and sea caves as you pass by on your way to the island of Niihau, also known as the “Forbidden Island.” After setting anchor amongst the coral reefs off the coast of Niihau, leap into the water with your snorkel gear and submerse yourself in the world beneath the waves. Niihau boasts one of the oldest underwater regions in Hawaii, which has allowed the waves and ocean currents to carve and shape a beautiful and elaborate underwater landscape. The crew of Holo Holo joins you in the water to instruct you on the use of your snorkel gear. Upon returning to the boat, listen to the story of the island of Niihau and its people as you enjoy a deli-style buffet lunch, including meats, cheeses, breads, pastas, fruits, and vegetables.
