Encounter the gentle giant of the sea as more than 8,000 humpback whales journey over 3,500 miles (5,633 kilometers) to Hawaii?where they congregate to breed and nurse their young. Head out onto the water and watch as the whales play, using underwater hydrophones to hear some humpback whale singing and learning whale facts from the marine-life naturalist on board. Along the way you might also spot spinner dolphins, pilot and sperm whales, manta rays, and sea turtles.
