Set sail on a half-day adventure cruise and discover the natural treasures of the Kona Coast. When you aren’t swimming eye-to-eye with green sea turtles, revel in this historic region's lush scenery.
Details
This 4-hour cruise introduces you to the enchanting environs of both Capt. Cook’s Monument at Kealakekua Bay and the Place of Refuge. On your way to the sanctuaries, explore sea caves and lava tubes. Once you arrive at the bay’s calm waters, discover lush coral reefs and some of Hawaii’s finest snorkeling. Next, your tour heads to the exquisite Place of Refuge’s coral gardens, home to the Hawaiian green sea turtle (“Honu”). Snorkeling at the sanctuaries, introduce yourself to fish, eels, turtles, and corals. From there, bid your new friends goodbye and observe dolphins and whales in their natural habitat.
