How it works

Reservation confirmation is required. To confirm your transfer reservation, you will receive an email from a Local Expert Activity Specialist, requesting your flight details and the name of the hotel or resort at which you are staying. If you miss your flight or change your itinerary, you must immediately reschedule your transfer.

Airport pick-up: Upon arrival, please collect your luggage and proceed through security. Your driver waits in the arrivals hall with a welcome sign displaying your party's name.

Hotel pick-up: Your driver meets you outside the lobby (curbside) of your hotel.

Please present voucher(s) and photo ID to the driver upon pick-up.

Rate is per vehicle and valid for private transfers between Oahu Airport and your Oahu hotel only. If your hotel falls outside the listed zones, you may need to pay an additional charge directly to the driver at the time of service. Each luxury sedan accommodates up to 2 passengers, each luxury SUV up to 5 passengers, and each limousine up to 8 passengers.

Terms & Conditions

This Activity can be changed or cancelled without penalty at any time prior to 96 hours before the scheduled start of this Activity. Otherwise the product is 100% non-refundable and non-transferable.
