In the fading Maui light of an oceanfront garden, the music swells, a dance invites, the scent of traditional cuisine wafts—mixing with the salt-fresh air from the Pacific. So choose a drink—Mai Tai or a tropical fruit juice—and enjoy the show while you dine.
Traditional dance layers with modern dance. There is a costume change and then, flash (light shows). Kids twirl in the wide-aisle areas. Newbies try their hips at their first hula. And maybe if you ask nicely (Olu'olu) the waitstaff just might show you how it’s done in this still-warm Maui night.
